• Guided Boat and Shore Dives: You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your activity and be refunded 90% of the total booking. There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.
  • Try Scuba Diving: If you arrive with a “YES” answer to question #3, #5, #10, or any question on Page Two of the Diver Medical and you do not have a signed physician’s release, this means you cannot complete the dive and you will not be refunded the cost of your dive spot. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your activity and be refunded 90% of the total booking. There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.
  • Instruction: All digital learning materials are nonrefundable. However, your coursework can be transferred to another facility to complete your training. If you arrive with a “YES” answer to question #3, #5, #10, or any question on Page Two of the Diver Medical and you do not have a signed physician’s release, this means you cannot complete the dive and you will not be refunded the cost of your dive spot. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your activity and be refunded 90% of the total booking minus the cost of any digital learning materials.   • Private Charters: You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your activity and be refunded 50% of the total booking. There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.
  • Cruise Ship Passengers: Payment is due in full at time of booking. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your activity and be refunded 90% of the total booking. If your cruise ship does not dock in St. Croix we will refund 50% of your reservation. When the ships reschedule it is generally more than 48 hours ahead of time, unless it’s due to weather. In most but not all cases, if the weather is bad enough that the ship is not docking, it means we would be canceling anyway in which case you would receive a full refund.
  • Travel interruptions or health issues may cause you to cancel with less than 48 hour notice. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from a reputable agency, such as Divers Alert Network, to cover the cost of such cancellations.
  • If you are unable to pay the full amount of your reservation at the time of booking, please contact us to discuss alternate payment options.

Flying After Diving Guidelines

Flying is prohibited for a minimum of 12 hours after a single dive or 18 hours after multiple dives. A minimum of 24 hours is recommended after any dive that requires a decompression stop. Please contact us if you have any questions about flying after diving.
