THE BEST OF FREDERIKSTED
Frederiksted is on the leeward side of St. Croix, known for calmer seas year-round, especially during the “Christmas Winds” of our winter season. Located on the historic West End, Frederiksted is one of two towns on the island and is the perfect place to relax if you are looking for calm blue water and white sandy beaches. The only port of call on St. Croix for cruise ships, many visitors head west to catch Frederiksted’s spectacular sunsets, splash in the tranquil waters, and meet some friendly locals. The famous Frederiksted Pier is one of the main attractions for divers, in addition to the Butler Bay wrecks, and beautiful West End reefs. Keep reading to see a collection of our diver's favorite options for food and lodging near Frederiksted, as well as things to do when you aren't scuba diving!
